From an early age associated with the spot, including relay runs, athletics, swimming, and volleyball at the beginning of her career, she played in local clubs, and in 2009-2011 she represented the colors of BTPS Białystok. He is a certified Polish Federation Air Power Athletics instructor in the field of Pole Dance and Aerial Hoop. Thanks to the Polish Fitness Center and Movuto, she gained education in training for pregnant and post-pregnancy women - she can take great care of this group of women because she is a happy mother herself. Additionally, he is a Yoga Wheel instructor, a still little known field of yoga. He still goes to various trainings and camps to improve his qualifications and coaching knowledge. In her private life, she is a lover of palm trees, exotic travels, cats and sushi.
I am a certified personal trainer, gym and second level stretching instructor. I was educated in the best Polish Fitness Center. In pole dance, stretching is very important, because many figures require a greater range of stretching from us, and with us you will stretch safely and without injury! Everything is preceded by proper muscle activation and we enter new ranges with full control. I am also a Yoga Wheel instructor - it is a combination of yoga and stretching on the wheel. We can roll around at the same time, work on stabilization and new ranges. I also conduct classes with mini bands with low resistance, thanks to which we can work on the correct technique, so that in the future the adventure with weights can start more safely. And most importantly, I run Pole Dance classes in our studio. For several years, sport has been an integral part of my life and I try to pass it on to others.
My name is Asia, from childhood passionate about gymnastics, dance, through horse riding, martial arts, running, functional training and kettlebell, finally I found a sport that turned out to be a bull's eye! I am fascinated with acquiring new skills also in seasonal sports such as snowboarding or windsurfing. In recent years, I have participated in many courses and workshops, since I recently became a mother, I deepened my knowledge in the field of training pregnant / post-pregnancy women and stretching - while working on the basics and training base, I put special emphasis on the technique of the exercises. Using medical education, I try to provide students with professional knowledge and safety. My greatest sports achievement at the national level is winning the 3rd place in Pole Sport IPSF 2019, category Senior Amateurs, and with my duo partner, the 2nd place in Pole Sport IPSF 2019, category Duets (category as above). By combining knowledge and experience from many sports disciplines, I can offer help in exploring stretching techniques, sports field (including duets) and motor preparation.

He also has experience in conducting dance classes, including dancehall, breaking etc. He knows how important professional development is, so he is still training in the above professions. On a daily basis - a physical education teacher, a coach of a handball team, an instructor and a sports field player. Performing in a duet with Joanna Kuliś-Cwalina, she won the Polish vice-championship in the IPSF in 2019. Sport, a healthy lifestyle, and above all, the proper preparation of the body for practicing a given sport is particularly important for her. Aga is demanding, but has a unique ability to establish good relations with her students.

For several years I had the opportunity to participate in international equestrian competitions in Warsaw and Poznań at Cavaliades and in many places represent the Stallion Stallion in Kętrzyn. I also successfully participated in regional jumping competitions. For several years, I have been training the field of sport and deepening my knowledge at numerous courses and workshops. I am a personal trainer of the Fit Academy Polska school, a calisthenics trainer qualified by the Calisthenics Institute, and a motor preparation trainer at Pole Sport under the hand of Cezary Dymkowski. Physical activity has always been an important part of my life. It accompanies me in every aspect, starting from snowboarding through windsurfing, climbing, cross-country running, as well as everything that raises adrenaline. For a long time, he has also been training in the secrets of broadly understood strength training. I focus on learning the correct techniques and movement patterns, and building strength and fitness in a healthy way. For my students, I focus on finding and strengthening weak links in order to help them achieve their dream goals.
